Key Art / Origination

Supergirl is a cosmic adventure with attitude. An intergalactic journey across strange new worlds, following Kara as she searches for her place in the universe.

Our task was to create a secondary key art that felt in-world, action-led and cinematic, positioning the film as an exciting new chapter in the DC universe.

My Role: Creative ideation, concept origination and development, compositing, finishing and final artwork delivery.

Individual character retouching by Guild Creatives

The art was well received by global markets and widely adopted across the campaign.

The design also received high praise directly from Peter Safran, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of DC Studios.

Visual exploration & concept development

Lobo’s chain was recreated in Cinema 4D with authentic motion blur, adding a sense of speed, impact and movement to the final key art.
